IQ Mog

Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the IQ Mog iOS app provided by Beundra AB, operating as Blue Rose Apps. By using IQ Mog, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s App Store rules.

IQ Mog is a training product. It is not a medical device, diagnostic test, clinical assessment, or substitute for professional advice. Do not use a score to make medical, safety-critical, employment, educational, financial, or legal decisions.

Using IQ Mog

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use IQ Mog on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer the app where prohibited, interfere with its operation, bypass purchase controls, or use it unlawfully.

Subscriptions

IQ Mog Pro is an auto-renewing Apple App Store subscription. Weekly Pro renews every week. Yearly Pro renews every year and may include a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Unused trial time is forfeited if you purchase during the trial.

Deleting the app or your local profile does not cancel the store subscription. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Pricing, taxes, payment, refunds, and statutory cancellation rights are handled by Apple and applicable consumer law.

Your local data

Training history is stored on your device. You are responsible for the device and any backup choices. We cannot recover local results after they are deleted. Restoring a purchase restores Pro access, not deleted workout history.

Intellectual property

IQ Mog, its training content, visual design, software, and branding are owned by Beundra AB or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IQ Mog is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and Beundra AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable consumer law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will publish the effective date here. Swedish law applies, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before courts or consumer bodies with jurisdiction under applicable law.
