Terms of use

Peachshot is provided by Beundra AB, operating as Blue Rose Apps. These terms govern use on iOS and Android, together with the rules of your app store. Email support@blueroseapps.com with questions.

Eligibility and permitted use

The AI service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Keep your account secure. AI editing requires sign-in, internet access and credits; the local photobooth does not require an AI purchase. Use the service only where available and lawful.

Upload only images you have the right and permission to process. Respect copyright, privacy and publicity rights. Do not use Peachshot for unlawful, exploitative, non-consensual intimate, abusive or fraudulent content, harmful impersonation or exploitation of minors. Do not bypass safety, account, purchase or credit controls or interfere with the service. We may restrict access to address abuse or security threats, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Your photos and AI results

You retain your rights in submitted photos and authorize us and service providers to process/store them as needed to provide and protect requested features, as described in the privacy policy. AI results vary, can alter details and are not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, identity-preserving or free of third-party rights. Review results before saving or sharing; do not misrepresent edits as evidence of real events.

Compatible lighting/color looks offer strength adjustment while the original is available, for up to 24 hours. Expression/perspective looks omit blending. Save desired copies on your device; cloud access is not permanent archival storage.

Credits and subscriptions

Each AI edit uses one credit. Confirmed failed edits return their credit. Plus and Gold are optional weekly auto-renewing subscriptions. Eligible Plus subscribers receive 5 credits, and Gold 10 credits, when opening the app on an eligible UTC day. Unused claimed credits remain. Missed days do not accrue automatically. Optional packs provide 10, 25 or 60 credits. Credits are account-bound service units, not money or transferable cash balances.

The store shows availability, price, currency and period before purchase and charges your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple or Google. Deleting the app/account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds, disputes and mandatory cancellation rights follow the store and consumer law. This first version advertises no trial or annual plan.

Restore Purchases restores eligible verified subscription access. Consumables are not restored as store purchases; verified credits belong to the Peachshot account. Use the same Peachshot and store accounts. Account deletion removes access to its balance; use desired credits and manage subscriptions first. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Privacy and deletion

AI edits send selected photos to external providers including OpenRouter and Google. Local photobooth processing stays on the device. The privacy policy explains providers, retention and rights. Delete photos/account in the app or use our deletion page. Exported copies and independent provider records need separate action.

App licence and platform terms

We grant a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Peachshot on devices you own or control. Software, recipes, design and branding belong to Beundra AB or its licensors. Do not reverse engineer where prohibited by law. For iOS, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where designated by the App Store. Availability, changes and consumer rights

We may update the service/terms and publish changes here, giving notice where required for material changes. Interruptions can occur; remedies required by law remain available. To the extent permitted by law, the service has no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and Beundra AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability the law does not allow us to limit. Swedish law applies without removing mandatory protections in your country. Disputes may be brought before courts or consumer bodies with applicable jurisdiction.
